Background
My professional background at a glance

Where I've learned
Over 14 years, I've worked across corporate marketing, digital agencies, media agencies, and startups—always in roles that required cross-functional coordination and operational clarity.
That breadth gave me something rare: the ability to see structural problems that others miss—and fix them fast.
Here's how that experience shaped my perspective on organizational systems:
Digital Agencies & Media Networks (2013-2023)
Leading Global Programs at Scale
At Mindshare (WPP) and Spark Foundry (Publicis), I led international media programs for enterprise clients across 60+ markets—Lufthansa, Sanofi, Telekom, BASF, Disney.
What I learned:
When you're coordinating teams across dozens of countries, personal heroics don't scale. You need rigorous process discipline, clear ownership models, and execution control.
I learned how to:
Translate complex objectives into structured execution plans
Maintain delivery predictability across high-complexity environments
Build centralized reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility
Act as escalation point to unblock execution under pressure
Key achievement: Consistently achieved top-tier client satisfaction scores while managing multi-million Euro budgets across global teams.
Fixing Broken Workflows
At Spark Foundry, I was brought in to stabilize execution across a ~30-person team that was struggling with coordination overhead and unpredictable delivery.
What I learned:
Even talented teams can feel chaotic when workflows aren't clear. The problem isn't the people—it's the lack of structural clarity.
I learned how to:
Streamline internal processes to improve delivery speed
Reduce coordination overhead through better information flow
Create predictable delivery rhythms
Key achievement: Transformed a team from firefighting to predictable delivery by redesigning how work moved through the organization.
Startups & Founder-Led Companies (2023-2025)
Building Operating Systems from Scratch
As CMO & Co-Founder at Qurator (sustainability tech platform) and Marketing & Operations Lead at Battery Associates (international education), I operated inside early-stage, founder-led companies where structure didn't exist yet.
What I learned:
Startups don't fail because they lack strategy. They fail because they can't execute consistently. And consistent execution requires operating systems—not just good intentions.
I learned how to:
Design and implement operating systems from scratch (ClickUp, Notion, workflows)
Establish execution rhythms and accountability across remote teams
Define ways of working, ownership, and communication norms
Build automation for workflows using AI and no-code tools
Lead tool adoption through one-on-one coaching based on real usage patterns
Key achievement at Battery Associates:
Implemented ClickUp from scratch as the company's central operating system
Led full brand relaunch while establishing execution structure during organizational growth
Improved advertising lead quality through tighter targeting and performance analysis
Key achievement at Qurator:
Designed the company's complete internal operating system
Led product development and website architecture (migrated thousands of pages independently)
Built content workflow automation using AI tools
Early Career: Learning the Fundamentals (2013-2018)
At Razorfish (Publicis), deepblue networks, and Havas Media Group, I learned the fundamentals of cross-functional delivery.
What I learned:
How to coordinate design, development, and strategy teams. How to translate business needs into actionable tasks. How to manage projects with up to 14 team members, including offshore teams.
This is where I built my foundation in execution discipline—managing complex international websites, digital products, and multi-market campaigns for clients like Nissan, DHL, Swatch, Bosch, and Kia.
What Ties It All Together
Across all these contexts—global agencies, startups, founder-led companies—I kept encountering the same pattern:
High-competence people trapped in low-structure environments.
Smart teams, working hard, but structurally set up to struggle.
That's what I help fix.

How I Work
I'm based in Frankfurt, Germany and work with founder-led teams across Europe—primarily remotely, occasionally in-person when it adds value.
I specialize in:
Diagnosing structural problems others miss
Designing simple systems that actually work
Training teams so systems get adopted (not just tolerated)
Building WITH teams, not FOR them
I don't bring generic "best practices." I build systems that fit your actual work, culture, pace, and team capability.
